Noerr advises Real I.S. on acquisition of office building in Darmstadt

With a multidisciplinary team headed by our partner Annette Pospich, Noerr has advised Real I.S. AG on the acquisition of the “Europahaus” office building in Darmstadt for the special fund “Themenfonds Deutschland II”.

The office building with approximately 18,540 square metres of total lettable space on six floors is located in the city’s Europaviertel district and is currently fully let. The building, which was constructed in 2003, also includes an underground car park with 254 parking spaces and 46 outdoor parking spaces.
