Noerr advises shareholders of online wine dealer Vicampo on sale to Swedish Viva eCom Group

Noerr has advised the shareholders of Vicampo.de GmbH on the sale of all shares to the Swedish Viva eCOM Group as part of a structured sales process. A Noerr team led by Frankfurt-based corporate partner Thorsten Reinhard advised on the deal.

Based in Mainz, Vicampo is an online marketplace where over 3,000 German and international winemakers offer their wines. The purchaser, Viva eCOM Group, a holding company of the Viva Wine Group from Sweden founded in 2020, is already active in Germany with its B2C platforms Wine in Black and Vinexus.
