Noerr advises Vonovia on agreement with LEG for the sale of 13,800 residential units

Noerr is advising Vonovia SE on the sale of a portfolio of around 13,800 residential units in North Rhine-Westphalia to LEG Immobilien AG and on the conclusion of a corresponding agreement in principle. The portfolio is being sold for approximately €600m.

A team from the Noerr Real Estate Investment Group worked for Vonovia, led by Prof. Dr Alexander Goepfert, Christoph Brenzinger and Dr Maximilian Schulte. The Real Estate Investment Group has previously supported Vonovia many times in high-volume transactions, most recently in acquiring 19,800 flats from SÜDEWO (transaction volume: approx. €1.9bn) and a total of 41,000 flats from VITUS Group and DeWAG Group (total transaction volume: approx. €2.5bn).
