Carmen Böhn

Carmen Böhn is an associated partner in Noerr’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. She advises clients from Germany and abroad on national and international transactions on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including: Joint Ventures, Carve-outs, Corporate Restructurings, Distressed M&A, Venture Capital Investments, Corporate Governance. She also has a focus on the industrial and automotive sectors.
