Karolin Fitzer

Karolin Fitzer is an Associated Partner based in Noerr’s Frankfurt office. She advises national and international clients on all types of compliance matters and acts for companies in criminal investigations and administrative fine proceedings. Her expertise includes the review of existing compliance structures, the development and implementation of compliance programmes and the drafting of guidelines and work instructions. In particular, Karolin Fitzer clarifies issues relating to HR compliance and the use of external personnel and coordinates communication with the relevant authorities if required. Karolin Fitzer also advises companies on the implementation and review of human rights and environmental measures with the aim of supply chain compliance.

  • Internationally operating automotive supplier: Comprehensive legal advice on the implementation of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), including risk analysis, risk assessment, reporting, grievance mechanism, LkSG-related preventive and corrective measures, implementation in corporate processes, roll-out to subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
  • Trade chain: Advice on the implementation of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG); in particular on event-related risk analysis, onboarding of suppliers and adaptation of contracts
  • Various clients from different sectors: Advice on the past-related processing of external personnel deployment and advice on the implementation of an FPE compliance management system
  • Energy supply company: Implementation of a compliance management system, realisation of a comprehensive compliance risk analysis
