Tobias Frevert

Tobias Frevert advises national and international clients on projects, co-operations and transactions with a focus on telecommunications, technology, infrastructure and media. He heads Noerr's market-leading (Juve, Legal 500) telecommunications practice.


  • Deutsche Telekom on the master lease agreement for mobile sites. The agreement has a term of 30 years and is the key asset of the sale of 51% of GD Towers to Brookfield and Digital Bridge based on a valuation of 17.5 billion Euro.
  • Deutsche Telekom regarding the participation of IFM Investors in GlasfaserPlus GmbH, a joint venture with the objective of building fibre to the home (FTTH) for more than 4 million homes in rural areas
  • CTS Eventim and KapschTrafficCom: Successful offer in the German public tender proceedings for the collection of the levy for infrastructure (passenger car road toll) and implementation of the project until its termination
