  • Deutsche Telekom on the master lease agreement for mobile sites. The agreement has a term of 30 years and is the key asset of the sale of 51% of GD Towers to Brookfield and Digital Bridge based on a valuation of 17.5 billion Euro.
  • Deutsche Telekom regarding the participation of IFM Investors in GlasfaserPlus GmbH, a joint venture with the objective of building fibre to the home (FTTH) for more than 4 million homes in rural areas
  • CTS Eventim and KapschTrafficCom: Successful offer in the German public tender proceedings for the collection of the levy for infrastructure (passenger car road toll) and implementation of the project until its termination
  • Deutsche Telekom regarding the joint venture "Glasfaser NordWest" with EWE AG with the objective of building FTTH-networks for 1.5 million households
  • SES: Advising satellite operator SES on launch and growth of its HD+ platform for HD television via satellite and OTT
  • Inmarsat: Advising the industry leader on providing satellite-based internet access in Lufthansa Groups continental fleet
  • GEMA and further collection socienties: Negotiation and enforcement of cable retransmission royalties
