Lorenz is an Associated Partner at the firm’s antitrust and competition group. He advises and represents national and international clients on all aspects of European and German antitrust law, including merger control and coordination of multi-jurisdictional filings, antitrust investigations, behavioural matters, antitrust litigation and compliance programmes. Furthermore, Lorenz has a strong focus on German Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) control matters. In addition, Lorenz is co-responsible for all legal tech issues in the antitrust and competition practice group.
