Lennart Laude specialises in advising on legal issues of the data economy, with a particular focus on cloud computing. He advises national and international clients on complex cloud, IT and AI projects, in particular on the drafting and negotiation of related agreements and the implementation of digital and platform regulation (including the AI Act, Data Act, DSA and DORA). A further focus of his practice is on issues of digital sovereignty, including the legal assessment of provider models and cloud structures. Alongside his legal practice, he contributes to Verfassungsblog projects addressing questions relating to the rule of law.
