Julian Monschke advises on legal matters related to IT and data protection law, as well as IT and cybersecurity law. His practice focuses on outsourcing in the banking sector, particularly in connection with regulatory requirements under DORA and MaRisk. In addition, he supports companies across various industries in drafting and negotiating IT contracts. As a member of Noerr’s Cyber Risks Group, he regularly assists clients with cross-border cyber incidents and provides proactive guidance on regulatory frameworks such as the BSIG, the KRITIS Regulation, and the NIS2 Directive.
