Daniel Rücker specialises in information technology law and data protection law. Besides complex data protection law matters such as the structuring of international data flows his areas of advice include IT compliance, e-commerce, contract drafting, legal support of IT projects, IT outsourcing, IT litigation, software licensing and telecommunications law.
Daniel is a lecturer in data protection and IT security law at the University of Passau. He is also the editor of the legal handbook “E-Commerce” and the international manual “The New European General Data Protection Regulation, Impact on Corporate Practice – A Guidance for Legal Advisors and Enterprises”
