Daniel specializes in information technology law and data law and is part of the Noerr practice group Digital. Besides complex data protection law matters such as the structuring of international data flows, he supports clients in privacy by design as well as in the context of data breaches and data protection litigation. Daniel is a lecturer in data and IT security law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Passau. He is also the co-editor of the legal handbook “E-Commerce” and of a legal commentary on the European Data Governance Act/DGA.
