Holger Schmitz has comprehensive experience in providing regulatory advice on demanding transaction matters and regularly supports companies in state-regulated markets during licensing and authorisation procedures. Holger has also been advising and representing federal and state authorities as well as municipalities for many years on preparing and implementing complex infrastructure projects.
