Evelyn Schulz advises primarily in the field of life sciences and heads the food law department at Noerr. She advises her national and international clients, in particular in the pharmaceutical and food industries, on regulatory issues including product compliance as well as on questions of distribution and any related drafting of contracts. Ms. Schulz is particularly interested in current developments, such as the distribution of cannabis and CBD products, online platforms in the field of telehealth and ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicines). A second focus of her consulting services are digital business models and cooperations as well as the related contractual issues.
