In Noerr's Brussels office, Nigina Zahedi advises clients on all aspects of European and German competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance and cartel fine proceedings before the EU Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and the national and EU courts. Her practice also focuses on antitrust compliance. In addition, she advises companies in foreign investment control proceedings. Nigina Zahedi is a member of the Antitrust and Foreign Trade & Investment Control practice groups.
