Noerr heads into 2024 with four new equity partners

Noerr has named four new equity partners effective as of 1 January 2024. Boris Blunck, Dominik Kloka, Jan-Philipp Meier and Pascal Schumacher will be admitted to the partnership.

In addition, Tobias Hueck will become a senior counsel at Noerr.

The firm also named eleven lawyers as associated partners and six as counsel.

The new equity partners

Boris Blunck (42, Rechtsanwalt in Frankfurt am Main) advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of his work is advising banks and financial institutions on issues of regulated remuneration and the structuring and termination of employment or service relationships with executives and board members. He also regularly assists with restructurings (including negotiations with employee representatives) and represents his clients in employment law disputes in court.

Dr. Dominik Kloka (40, Rechtsanwalt in Frankfurt am Main) advises banks, issuers, investors, financial services providers, FinTechs and other market players on matters involving corporate finance, securities trading and issuances and regulatory issues. At the interface of international and national capital markets, banking and financial supervisory law, he advises in particular on debt capital markets transactions and regulated products as well as regulatory aspects of M&A transactions.

Jan-Philipp Meier (42, Rechtsanwalt in Hamburg) specialises in advising on (international) corporate transactions. His clients include German and international companies, institutional investors, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.

Pascal Schumacher (43, Rechtsanwalt in Berlin) is a tech lawyer with a focus on data protection in regulated industries. He has particular industry expertise in the telecommunications, financial services and healthcare sectors. Clients seek his comprehensive advice on complex projects with regulatory implications, e.g. dealing with data breaches or implementing new digital and cross-border business models. He assists clients in the resilient implementation of such projects from inception to rollout.

The new senior counsel

Tobias Hueck (39, Rechtsanwalt in Munich) advises companies, board members, shareholders and foundations on all aspects of corporate law, complex reorganisations and corporate governance. A particular focus of his work is on advising major family-owned businesses and entrepreneurial families, which he often supports in succession matters and in drawing up the family constitution. He is also regularly involved in M&A transactions and investment processes for family offices.
