Noerr advises IMAXXAM on property acquisition in Munich

A Noerr team led by Annette Pospich has advised IMAXXAM Asset Management GmbH on the acquisition of an office property. Through the purchase of the “Cityflow” building in Munich’s Schwabing district, IMAXXAM has further expanded the portfolio of its fund “German Small Asset Invest II” (GSAI II).

The fully renovated property has approximately 8,215 square metres of rental space and is fully leased to the main tenant, Volkswagen. The seller of the office building is a closed-end public fund managed by Real I.S. The transaction was structured as an asset deal.
