Noerr advises ParkView on United Internet AG’s acquisition offer for 1&1 AG

Noerr advises the investment bank ParkView Partners in connection with United Internet AG’s voluntary public acquisition offer to the shareholders of 1&1 AG, which is structured as a partial offer. United Internet AG’s offer values 1&1 AG at an equity value of approximately €3.3 billion. ParkView is acting as the exclusive financial advisor to 1&1 AG in this transaction.
