A team from Noerr led by Tim Behrens has successfully guided the investment managers Peakside and Stoke Park in their first collaborative acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 23 food anchored retail properties located across Germany. The seller is the asset and investment manager GRR GARBE Retail.
The combined total rental area of this food retail portfolio is just under 46,600m². With an average WALT (weighted average remaining lease term) of four years, the portfolio also complies with contemporary building standards.
