Noerr advises TCS on acquisition of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH and strategic AI partnership with Porsche
A Noerr team led by Dominik Rompza and Meret Pettirsch has advised Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as lead counsel on the acquisition of 100% of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH (MHP), Porsche’s Germany-based management and IT consulting subsidiary. MHP has approximately 4,500 employees worldwide and provides strategic and operational consulting services. As part of the deal, TCS agreed a strategic partnership with Porsche AG for enabling AI services across the mobility value chain for Porsche.
MHP brings strong automotive and industrial consulting and implementation experience, with strengths in business transformation, AI, SAP, manufacturing digitalization, and connected mobility. Its long-standing track record in delivering complex automotive and industrial transformation programs will complement TCS’ global scale and engineering prowess.
Tata Consultancy Services is the technology partner of choice for industry-leading organizations worldwide. TCS generated consolidated revenues of over US $30 billion in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
The proposed partnership and acquisition remain subject to regulatory approvals.
