Noerr, with a team led by Dominik Rompza and Meret Pettirsch, advised NPM Capital on the acquisition of the Büter Group from the Büter family in relation to the German aspects of the transaction.

The Büter Group was founded in 1965 and is a leader in the European hydraulic industry, more specifically in cylinder and lifting technology. The Büter Group is headquartered in the Netherlands and currently has 550 employees at three locations: Emmen in the Netherlands, and both Haren and Meppen in Germany.

NPM is an independent investment partner that focuses on medium-sized and large companies with a head office in the Benelux. NPM is part of SHV, a corporate group with more than 50,000 employees in 75 countries. Noerr worked closely with law firm NautaDutilh, the Netherlands.
