Noerr advises A. Eberle on a growth partnership with Bregal Unternehmerkapital

A Noerr team led by Thorsten Reinhard has advised A. Eberle GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of a majority stake in the company. The buyers are funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital.

A. Eberle is a leading provider of measurement, control and regulation technology for applications in the field of electrical energy infrastructure. BU will support A. Eberle as a long-term partner in accelerating international growth, further advancing product development and continuing to expand the company’s position as a technologically leading provider in the field of grid stability and power quality. As part of the transaction, the management team of A. Eberle will reinvest in the company and, together with BU, drive the long-term growth strategy. BU is the largest mid-cap investor headquartered in the DACH region.

The closing of the transaction is expected in the course of the second quarter of 2026.
