Noerr advises European Investment Bank on financing of NEURA Robotics GmbH
A Noerr team led by Michael Schuhmacher and Felix Blobel has advised the European Investment Bank (EIB) in connection with NEURA Robotics GmbH’s successfully completed Series C financing round. The financing round, with a total value of up to $1.4 billion, attracted further international investors alongside the EIB, including Tether, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., Amazon, NVIDIA, imec.xpand, Bosch, Schaeffler, Lingotto Horizon and InterAlpen Partners.
The EIB is purposefully deploying European funds to support NEURA Robotics and drive the next wave of physical AI and cognitive robotics. NEURA Robotics, as a global physical AI company, develops technologies that enable intelligent machines to learn, adapt and work side by side with humans in the real world. The company develops cognitive robots that can see, hear, feel and learn, as well as the software, AI and data infrastructure needed for their deployment worldwide.
Noerr regularly advises the EIB on venture debt financings, in particular on innovative warrant structures and other equity kickers, which are characteristic remuneration elements of this form of financing.
