EUR 2.6 billion valuation: Noerr advises HelloFresh on investment by Baillie Gifford

The international commercial law firm Noerr has again advised the world’s leading recipe kit delivery service Hello Fresh on a financing round. Hello Fresh was valued at EUR 2.6 billion in the context of the transaction. In this round of financing, international funds advised by the Scottish asset management Baillie Gifford invested 75 million euros in the rapidly growing Berlin company.

 

Noerr has accompanied Hello Fresh for years on its route to success (cf. also Press Release of 10 February 2015). The recipe kit delivery service is in addition to in Germany also active in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Australia and the USA.
