Multimillion investment in HelloFresh – Noerr advises on financing round of e-commerce platform for food box subscription services

The international commercial law firm has advised the world’s leading recipe kit delivery service HelloFresh on its latest round of financing. The shareholders Rocket Internet AG and Insight Ventures invested a total of 110 million euros, with Rocket assuming 100 million euros thereof. Rocket has also assumed shares with a value of 30 million euros from a co-investor.

In the course of the transaction, Rocket will assume a majority stake in HelloFresh GmbH. The Berlin-based company HelloFresh GmbH, which was established in 2012 and is exhibiting strong growth, is active not only in Germany, but also in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia and the USA.
