Noerr advises Danish H+H Group on another transaction in Germany

15.09.2021

A Noerr team headed by Munich-based partner Holger H. Ebersberger has again advised the Danish H+H Group on a transaction. Pursuing its growth strategy in the German market, the H+H Group is taking over an aircrete plant in Feuchtwangen, Bavaria, from the Greisel Group.

With this acquisition, the H+H Group is continuing to grow in Germany and to expand its Germany-wide services for masonry solutions involving aircrete and calcium-silicate bricks. The takeover follows the majority acquisition of Porenbetonwerk Lausnitz GmbH & Co. KG and Baustoffwerke Dresden GmbH & Co. KG in 2019, as well as the acquisition of the German and Swiss calcium-silicate brick business from HeidelbergCement in 2018. All these transactions were handled by teams led by Holger Ebersberger.

In the 2020 financial year, the H+H Group generated revenues of approximately 2.654 billion Danish kroner. H+H operates 29 plants in Germany, the UK, Poland and Switzerland.

“We are pleased that we were once again able to support our long-standing client in a transaction in Germany,” said Holger H. Ebersberger.
