Noerr advises DIC Asset AG on acquisition of an office property in Cologne

Noerr has advised DIC Asset AG on its acquisition of an office building in Cologne’s Ossendorf district. 

The new ‘HangarOne’ building in Cologne-Ossendorf, built on the former historic airport site, was purchased for around EUR 38 million (GIK) for a special fund. The five-storey building has around 8,500 square metres of lettable space and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020. The seller is Aachen-based project developer nesseler projektidee gmbh.

DIC Asset AG currently manages real estate with a market value of around EUR 8.5 billion in its own portfolio and for third parties.
