Noerr advises DIC Asset AG on real estate purchase for its institutional investment fund

Noerr has advised DIC Asset AG on the purchase of a real property in Dusseldorf. The acquisition is being made on behalf of an infrastructure real estate fund for institutional investors managed by the listed real estate company.

DIC Asset AG acquired the “Wacker Hof” in Dusseldorf for €75 million. DIC Asset AG had previously modernised the building and successfully transformed the 23,100 sqm of lettable space into multi-tenant use. The main tenant is the City of Dusseldorf, which has leased around 13,000 sqm for its Office for Migration and Integration and its Health Office.
