Noerr advises ODDO SEYDLER on cash capital increase of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES

Noerr has advised ODDO SEYDLER Bank AG on a cash capital increase of Singulus Technologies involving the issue of 2,012,938 new ordinary bearer shares. The capital increase raised overall funds for the company of approximately EUR 6.6 million. The Frankfurt partners Dr Laurenz Wieneke and Dr Julian Schulze De la Cruz were together in overall charge of handling this matter.

The execution of this cash capital increase brings the financial restructuring of Singulus Technologies Aktiengesellschaft to a successful close. A team headed by Laurenz Wieneke and Julian Schulze De la Cruz had already advised ODDO SEYDLER on the earlier restructuring of a EUR 60 million company bond in the context of a debt-equity swap involving the issue of new shares and new debentures.
