Noerr advises Publikat on strategic sale of Stylefile to SIGNA Sports Group

Headquartered in Großostheim, Stylefile is a leading European online specialist in sneakers and sports fashion which reaches around half a million customers in more than 30 countries through its online shops, achieving annual sales in excess of €50 million. The Stylefile Group also includes the outdoor online shop Big Tree. The purchaser, SIGNA Sports Group, is among Europe’s leading sports trading platforms. In its online division, the group, which also includes Karstadt Sports’ bricks-and-mortar retail trade, hopes to achieve sales of more than €500 million this year.
