Noerr advises Steinhoff International on sale of Impuls and Puris subsidiaries

Noerr has advised Steinhoff Möbel Holding GmbH on the sale of its group subsidiaries Impuls Küchen and Puris Bad. A Noerr team lead by Christian Pleister acted for Steinhoff.

Steinhoff took over Impuls Küchen from Alno in 2015, Puris Bad had already been part of the group since 2003. Together the two companies have around 450 employees. The seller, Steinhoff Möbel Holding GmbH, is part of Steinhoff International Holdings NV group which is listed on the stock exchanges in Frankfurt, Germany and Johannesburg, South Africa.
