Noerr advises Union Investment and Deutsche Asset One on acquisition of Tribus portfolio

A team from Noerr headed by our Frankfurt partner Alexander Jänecke has advised Union Investment Institutional Property and Deutsche Asset One on the acquisition of the Tribus portfolio.

The Tribus portfolio consists of six construction projects in Mainz, Karlsruhe and Saarbrücken with a total of 570 flats and a “dm” drugstore and child day-care centre in Saarbrücken. The acquisition was implemented as a forward deal and was carried out on behalf of the “Wohnen Deutschland Spezial” institutional investment fund specialising in residential property in Germany.
