Noerr, led by Dorothee Prosteder, advised on the completed sale of the United Initiators group to Triton Partners.

United Initiators, based in Pullach, is a specialty chemicals manufacturer and serves a diversified blue-chip customer base across the world. It operates production facilities in Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region.

Following receipt of all required regulatory approvals, the transaction was completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
