Noerr advises U.S. investment bank Piper Jaffray on secondary offering on NASDAQ

A Noerr team advised the U.S. investment bank Piper Jaffray & Co. on the secondary public offering of American Depository Shares (ADS) of Innocoll AG. The German pharmaceuticals and biotech company has been listed through an ADS program on NASDAQ since 2014.

The proceeds of some USD 30 million serve general corporate purposes as well as to further develop the product line. In the present transaction Noerr has been instructed as German underwriter’s counsel for the German law aspects, with Goodwin Procter LLP advising on US law. The Noerr team had advised Piper Jaffray, as well as Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, another investment bank, already on the IPO of Innocoll AG.
