Moritz Koch advises German and foreign strategic and financial investors on M&A and private equity transactions. He also regularly advises on complex cross border transactions and joint ventures. Before joining Noerr, Moritz spent ten years working at another leading international law firm in Hamburg with career stages in Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
