Jan-Philipp Meier is an Partner in the Corporate M&A department at the Hamburg office. He specialises in advising on (international) M&A transactions. His clients include German and international companies, institutional investors, family businesses and entrepreneurs. He also advises on corporate disputes, in particular shareholder and post M&A disputes. Prior to joining Noerr Philipp has worked for a leading international law firm.
