A Noerr team led by Christoph Thiermann has advised funds advised by EMERAM on the legal and tax aspects of their investment in Hochfrequenz Unternehmensberatung GmbH (“Hochfrequenz”).
This transaction strengthens EMERAM’s presence in the technology and energy sectors and represents a targeted investment in a high-growth industry. EMERAM is one of the leading growth investors for medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries.
Hochfrequenz supports energy supply companies in German-speaking countries with strategic, technological and operational issues and has grown strongly and profitably in recent years. Together with EMERAM as its strategic development partner, Hochfrequenz will now invest specifically in expanding its consulting and implementation expertise, in digital solutions and in organic growth. The existing management team will remain responsible for running the company’s business.
Noerr advises EMERAM on a regular basis, for example on its acquisition of CoCoNet AG.
