Christoph Thiermann

Christoph Thiermann is a partner in Noerr's Private Equity practice group. Christoph regularly advises private equity funds as well as companies and management teams on the structuring and implementation of national and international M&A and private equity transactions. He also has extensive experience in corporate reorganisations, with a special focus on cross-border structures and general corporate issues.
