Noerr advises French real estate investor AEW Patrimoine Santé on entry into German market

A team from Noerr led by Manuel Lomb has advised French real estate investor AEW Patrimoine Santé on its entry into the German market. AEW’s healthcare property fund SCPI has acquired a medical training centre on the campus of accident and emergency hospital Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin. The seller is Pantera AG.

The 4,700 m² property in Berlin-Marzahn was refurbished and extended by Pantera. Tenants of the fully let property include companies and institutions from the hospital’s healthcare and training sectors.
