Noerr advises Arcus on acquisition of SK Pharma Logistics

A Noerr team led by Christoph Thiermann has advised Arcus Infrastructure on the acquisition of SK Pharma Logistics GmbH through the Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 4 (“AEIF4”). The selling group of shareholders includes Syz Capital, Saturnus Capital, and the company’s founder. The management team will reinvest in the company. 

SK Pharma specializes in logistics solutions for the healthcare industry in Germany. As a critical supply chain partner to the pharmaceutical industry, SK Pharma provides essential logistics infrastructure to pharmaceutical manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, and other healthcare customers.
