JUVE Awards 2026: Noerr Is Law Firm of the Year for Corporate Law
Noerr has been named “Law Firm of the Year for Corporate Law” at the JUVE Awards 2026. Legal publisher JUVE presented the award in Frankfurt on Thursday evening. The recognition demonstrates the success of the strategic focus of the integrated Corporate and Capital Markets practice on advising clients on complex cross-border restructurings, transactions and boardroom matters.
“Noerr has now become a regular presence in the boardrooms and supervisory board offices of major German companies and corporate groups,” the JUVE editorial team noted in explaining its decision. JUVE added: “Whether advising on annual general meetings, share buyback programmes or corporate restructurings, companies of all sizes place their trust in the firm’s corporate lawyers.” JUVE also highlighted the strong growth of the firm’s capital markets practice, “particularly in the context of public takeovers and takeover-related situations.”
The integrated Corporate & Capital Markets practice is headed by partners Michael Brellochs, Ralph Schilha and Julian Schulze De la Cruz.
“We would like to thank our clients for the great trust they place in us and our advice,” says Michael Brellochs. “This award recognises the outstanding achievements of our broad-based team, which also works extremely successfully across practice areas with our M&A, Compliance, Regulatory and Tax teams,” adds Ralph Schilha. “Our success is driven not least by our consistent focus on legal excellence and the close integration of corporate and capital markets law with our firm’s broad legal expertise and extensive industry knowledge,” says Julian Schulze De la Cruz.
