Noerr advises BayernLB on the financing of the acquisition of the Ludwig-property in Munich

Noerr has advised Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) as lender on all aspects of the financing of the property “Ludwig” in Munich. Buyer of the building is the Indonesian family office Pacific Eagle.

The property is the headquarter of Boston Consulting Group in Germany and one of the most prestigious office buildings in the city of Munich with approx. 30,000 sqm office space on six floors, vis-à-vis certain Bavarian courts and the university of Munich.
