Dr. Dorian Legel is an associated partner in the Frankfurt office, predominantly working in the area of real estate as well as corporate and acquisition finance with a focus on advising banks, sponsors and other financial institutions on complex national and international transactions. He also advises on complex financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Dorian Legel has also relevant experience in advising banks, insurance companies and FinTechs in regulatory matters and regularly supports the corporate department on corporate (M&A / PE) transactions with a particular view on financial implications.
