Noerr advises Hertha BSC on successful placement of €40 million bond

Noerr has advised Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA on the successful placement of an institutional bond. Hertha BSC was able to successfully place the unsecured €40 million bond well before expiry of the subscription period.

The bond, which has a term of five years, was placed exclusively with institutional investors and issued under Swedish law. The bond has been admitted for trading on the NASDAQ First North in Stockholm and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond issue was arranged by the Swedish investment bank Pareto Securities AB and by equinet Bank AG; Roschier was Swedish counsel to the deal.

Hertha BSC relied on Noerr and their partners Christian Pleister, Holger Alfes and Dominik Kloka for legal advice on the bond issue. Noerr regularly advises the football club.
