Dr Dominik Kloka, LL.M. (NYU) is a Partner in Noerr's Frankfurt office. As a member of the Capital Markets, Banking & Finance and Financial Services Regulation practice groups, he advises banks, issuers, corporates, investors, financial services providers, FinTechs and other market participants, in particular on corporate finance, securities trading and issuance, and regulatory issues. His advisory focus is the interface between international and national capital markets, banking and financial supervisory law. In this area, he advises in particular on debt capital markets transactions and regulated products, as well as on financial regulatory aspects of M&A transactions.
