Dr Dominik Kloka, LL.M. (NYU) is a Partner in Noerr's Frankfurt office. As a member of the Capital Markets, Banking & Finance and Financial Services Regulation practice groups, he advises banks, issuers, corporates, investors, financial services providers, FinTechs and other market participants, in particular on corporate finance, securities trading and issuance, and regulatory issues. His advisory focus is the interface between international and national capital markets, banking and financial supervisory law. In this area, he advises in particular on national and international debt transactions, regulated products, on financial regulatory aspects of M&A transactions as well as on (NPL) Loan Sale Transaktionen.
