Noerr advises on the sale of Evac Group to Bridgepoint

Noerr has advised Evac Group Holding Oy with regard to the sale of the Finnish Evac Group by IK Investment Partners (through its IK VII Fund) to private equity funds managed by Bridgepoint.

Evac Group is the world’s leading provider of integrated waste, wastewater, and water management systems for the marine, offshore and building industries. In 2016, it generated a turnover exceeding EUR 100 million. Evac Group is headquartered in Finland and has offices in Brazil, China, Finland, France, Germany, South Korea, Norway, Sweden and the USA, as well as representatives in more than 40 countries.

In the course of the sales process, Noerr advised on legal aspects in relation to the German operation of the Evac Group. Completion of the transaction is subject to legal and regulatory approvals.
