Salomo Ortega Sawal is a member of our Regulatory & Governmental Affairs and Energy & Infrastructure practice groups based in the firm’s Dusseldorf office. Salomo’s practice covers the whole range of public (commercial) law, one of his main focuses being the law of politics. He has special expertise in the areas of constitutional, administrative, gambling and likewise procurement law. Salomo also advises on public construction law and complex regulatory issues involving energy and climate change law. He is a lecturer in state and constitutional law at the State Distance-Learning University in Hagen and regularly publishes in legal journals alongside his day-to-day work.
