1. International food company

Using our mass claims platform, we were able to manage a large‑scale data protection case involving tens of thousands of data subjects efficiently from day one.

The platform enabled us to interact directly with our clients and their service provider, which uploaded all documents directly into the system for review by our advisors. The progress of each individual case could be tracked on the platform at any time.

2. Leading European car rental company

In a mass action concerning the revocation of consumer kilometre‑leasing agreements, we represented a leading European car rental company in courts across Germany and in preliminary ruling proceedings before the European Court of Justice.

Around 1,500 individual claims were managed seamlessly at every stage via our mass claims platform, which we used for client reporting, most communications and approval workflows, as well as handling all of the individual proceedings.

3. Leading insurance group

Our compliance tool for the legally robust review of external staffing arrangements, the Contractor Compliance Check, is used by a leading insurance group to assess several thousand cases every year.
