Noerr advises De Nora on acquisition of global water treatment specialist BW Water

A Noerr team led by Katrin Andrä and Vanessa Hoffmann Linhard has advised the Milan Euronext-listed industrial group De Nora S.p.A. (“De Nora”) on its acquisition of BW Water Pte. Ltd., a fast-growing global provider of integrated water treatment solutions. The Noerr team covered the German-law aspects of the transaction and collaborated with the international law firm Withers.

BW Water, headquartered in Singapore, has a strong presence in Southeast Asia, the United States, Germany and Italy. The acquisition enables De Nora to establish a solutions-driven platform to address global water challenges, strengthen its position along the value chain and enhance customer proximity. The De Nora Group specialises in electrochemistry, water treatment systems and sustainable solutions.
