Katrin Andrä is a partner specializing in M&A transactions and corporate. She supports her clients in navigating the challenges of the energy transition and brings many years of experience advising national and international companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her clients include strategic investors, private equity and financial investors, project developers, and infrastructure operators. A particular focus of her practice is advising on complex corporate transactions as well as project development. She co-heads the practice group Energy & Infrastructure.
