Carsten Bringmann is an associated partner based in the firm’s Dusseldorf office and a member of our Regulatory & Governmental Affairs and Energy practice groups. He provides comprehensive advice in all areas of public commercial law, with a particular focus on gambling law. Carsten Bringmann also advises on constitutional and administrative law and in particular on energy and climate protection law. He is also highly regarded for his many years of experience in providing regulatory advice on complex transaction mandates and in public construction and public procurement law. In addition to his professional activities as a lawyer, Carsten Bringmann regularly publishes in specialist journals. He has been a lecturer in European commercial law at the University of Wuppertal since 2017 and is a regular speaker at specialist events and conferences.
