Marieke Merkle specialises in providing legal advice in the field of IT, data and AI law. Ms Merkle's expertise includes both the regulatory framework (in particular the AI Act and Data Act) and the drafting of contracts under civil law. Marieke Merkle also provides comprehensive advice on AI governance within companies. Another focus of her work is advising international clients on large IT projects such as IT outsourcing and cloud (transformation) projects.
